Season Ends For Reds At Villa

Bent will be looking to spoil the end of season party for Liverpool...

It's a trip to Birmingham for Liverpool tomorrow as they end their season with a match against Aston Villa. With the chance of 5th still slightly alive the Reds will be looking to end 2010/2011 on a high note. Dalglish has had a fantastic start to his tenure as Liverpool boss and a win over Villa would be the perfect jump start to what is set to be a very busy transfer window.

Aston Villa quite remarkably have no injuries what so ever for tomorrow. I think that's the first time ever after checking up before kick off that any team in a match preview has had no injuries, join me in my shock! For Liverpool however we still have Gerrard, Kelly and Agger out with long term injuries and it also looks as though Raul Meireles will be unavailable.

Last time out against Villa Roy Hodgson pulled off one of his better results in his short time as Liverpool manager  a 3-0 victory put Villa to shame at Anfield.

The pairing of Houllier and McCallister mean personal gain is also part of the incentive tomorrow, with Villa already safe there is little but this and dignity to play for.

Villa are coming off the back of an impressive win over Arsenal though and danger man Darren Bent will be the key person to keep track of tomorrow.

Liverpool however with the ever strengthening partnership of Suarez and Carroll can easily supply some goals to collect all three points.

Here's to a win to top off the season!
